CANCELLATION AND CHANGE POLICY
1. Refund Percentage for Cancellations
A 75% refund of the total reservation amount is provided if the cancellation is made up to 8 days before the contract start date.
No refund will be issued if the cancellation is made less than 8 days before the contract start date or for last-minute bookings.
2. Changes to Reservations
Changes to the reservation can be made based on availability and in accordance with the rental terms.
Last-minute bookings (within 24 hours) may be subject to changes in the duration and vehicle pick-up time, with prior notification to the customer.
3. Early Return of Vehicle
In the case of an early return of the vehicle, no refund will be given for the remaining days of the contract.
4. Non-Refundable Cancellations
The following cases are considered cancellations where the customer is not entitled to a refund:
- Non-acceptance of the vehicle rental terms and conditions.
- No-show.
- Invalid or expired driver's license, or absence of a license.
- Failure to complete the payment for the deductible amount and/or the balance of the reservation.
- Customer behavior in the office that is not compatible with the rental terms.
5. Policy Validity for All Customers
The cancellation and refund policies apply uniformly to all customers, regardless of their country of origin.
By accepting these terms, all users agree to abide by the cancellation and refund policies mentioned above, subject to the jurisdiction specified in Article 20 (Law and Jurisdiction).
