CANCELLATION AND CHANGE POLICY

1. Refund Percentage for Cancellations

A refund of 75% of the total booking amount will be provided if the cancellation is made up to 8 days before the start of the contract. 25% Advanced payment is non refundable. No refund is given if the cancellation is made less than 8 days before the start of the contract or for last-minute bookings. 

2. Changes to Reservations

Booking changes can be made subject to availability and in accordance with the rental terms. Last-minute bookings (within 24 hours) may undergo changes in the duration and time of vehicle delivery, with notification provided to the customer. For changes made less than 8 days before the scheduled pick-up date, where the rental duration is shortened, no refund will be issued for the unused rental period.

Vehicle Change due to Personal Preference / Comfort

WinRental.gr provides the customer with a vehicle from the category reserved. In the event that the customer wishes to change the vehicle for reasons of personal comfort and not due to the company’s responsibility or a technical issue with the vehicle, the change may be carried out subject to availability with an additional charge of €20. The company bears no responsibility for the customer’s request to change the vehicle if the original vehicle met the agreed specifications of the reserved category.

3. Early Return of Vehicle

In the event of an early return of the vehicle, no refund will be issued for the remaining days of the contract.

4. Non-Refundable Cancellations

Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

  • Non-acceptance of the vehicle rental terms and conditions.
  • No-show.
  • Invalid or expired driver's license, or absence of a license.
  • Failure to complete the payment for the deductible amount and/or the balance of the reservation.
  • Customer behavior in the office that is not compatible with the rental terms.

5. Policy Validity for All Customers

Our cancellation and refund policies apply uniformly to all customers, regardless of their country of origin.

By accepting these terms, all users agree to abide by the cancellation and refund policies stated above, subject to the jurisdiction specified in Article 21 (Law and Jurisdiction).
